Memorial Day will have a different look of observance at Beech Grove Cemetery this year. While an abbreviated service will take place to ensure veterans are honored and remembered to the best extent possible, other public events, like volunteers placing flags on gravesites, will not take place to comply with physical distancing restrictions. Please note that seating will not be available for the program this year.
Families may continue the tradition of placing flowers and small American flags at their loved one’s gravesite. Cemetery visitors are asked to adhere to CDC guidelines and maintain physical distancing while visiting.
